How cans you say Bergeron is a guard? He has NEVER played guard. He is a tackle who they might want to convert to a guard. But he played exactly 0 snaps at guard or center in college. O none. Bergeron is a tackle who they hope can play guard. Some guys can’t do it. Playing tackle and guard are completly dofferant. Play center is complete dofferant. Centers usually don’t have much trouble playing guard but some tackles can’t play guard. Jackson Carman from the Bengals. Good tackle terrible guard. Some guy can do it. Alex Cappa was a tackle throughout college and he plays guard now.

How dumb can you two be. This was live of course they edited the conversation. They didn’t give you the full conversation of this debate.
They were never going to draft Kincaid in the first round, Laporta was higher on their draft board but they thought they could get him the second round. Mazi was in their top 15 on the draft board and the only had around 18 prospects with a first round grade. To get a player that is top 15 on your draft board at 26 is successful no matter how you hate the team. Will McClay has earned the credibility as a scout and has never had a first round bust during his time with the Cowboys other than Taco Charlton.

I've never seen anyone who thinks as highly of Jerry Jones talent evaluation skills as Florio.
