Yes, for Brandon Miller. Because Jason Kidd doesn't like or doesn't know how to work with young players would be much better if Dallas sold all 3 picks for JJJ or Siakam or Anunoby.
We didnāt trade Michel Bridges at the trade deadline and we canāt trade him to you at the draft for the same reason. Restricted free agent Cam Johnson will want to join his twin wherever he goes. However, if you get the first pick, you van have MB, CJ, DorianFinneySmith, SpencerDimwidde, and some firsts.

It is not so simple to just trade 3rd pick for one player… you need to match salary… Mavs has only 15mio "free cap space" before signing Kyrie. So trade would be like Bertans and Hardaway and 3rd pick for Lillard. This is BIGGG NO-NO… Mavs need to make trade 2 for 3 or 4 playable palyers like 3rd pick + Tim + Bertans for 3 good players like Dorian Finney-Smith, Royce O Neale and Nic Claxton.

KAT – hell no. Just no
Dame – no, reduntant with Ky and too expensive
Lavine – hell no, too expensive, somewhat injury prone, won't improve defense or rebounding
OG – maybe, likely yes. Injuries scares me
Siakam – yes, great fit
Bridges – absolutely 100% yes
The Orlando package – yes, WCJ and Markelle + 6th pick? That fills a lot of gaps
Spurs package – probably not, plus if the Spurs are determined you just take it, they're good at scouting
Charlotte package – interesting, REALLY like Mark Williams but I don't want Rozier unless Ky doesn't re-sign

I wouldn't want anybody for the pick that isn't a top tier defender. That is of course if Irving signs the extension. If irving leaves I'd take the best talent available and run with it. That gives you a lot of cap flexibility because you have a good player on a rookie deal. Doncic, Scoot, Hardy, Green back court done for around 50-60m.

Would the Nets trade Bridges and DFS for #2-3, Tim, and something? That would be amazing. Running Luka, Ky, Bridges, DFS, and Poetl? would be sick. I don't know if they could make the money work lol

Zach solves zero problems for the mavs. I donāt even think he should run the second unit. Heās not a pass first guard, he wants to score because heās naturally a two. If we had Zach I would rather kyrie run the third spot, but idk how Zach would play along side luka. Heās more of a slasher than a shooter

Course Kat is known as a Great Defensive player who takes his teams deep into the playoffs each year(beside being the best big man shooter of all time)
Portland is interesting in that so far they want to win now. And foolishly they are gonna remember they were much more competitive with McCollum than Grant. And Grant didn't get them to where they want and now they have to pay him 25 mil at least just to stay where they were.
See if they then want Kyrie for Grant and throw in Cam for salary filler(he's fine as a back up) and get their (right now 5th pick). You probably have to pick swap them 10. And they can use that for some Experienced replacement for Grant and pretend they will be better(which they might, but they will still be in the same situation dallas is in right now).
Dallas then can send 5 and THJ, Powell(Carlise Pets) to Indy for Miles Turner.
Now you got a great defensive front court, With Green at 3(Could even use the MLE on Villian Brooks as it might work with those two defenders behind him).
But part of the contract will be "No Dancing or Poking Bears". He can coward out on the reporters all he wants, as long as he's paying the fines(which I would double each time).
Anway Green and Brooks at the 3 with Defensive stretch bigs at the 4 and 5
and two drivers along with Hardy at the guards. Defense and Offense. The Stretch Bigs not only get out of Kyrie and Lukas way, But help open up those lanes for them as they are all capalbe 3 point shooters(Villian not so much but I'd use him off the bench, even if he ends up playing starter minutes depending on his play)

You seriously wouldn't do the 3rd pick for KAT? A 27 year old 3-time All-Star? I get he has some injury issues but damn. If anything it's an asset flip, where KAT is going to get you back more than a "maybe" Brandon Miller. Just my opinion.
