I wonder if this feels worse to lose then what Tampa had in 2019. They were swept, dominated the whole series, but this all timer Boston side choked a 3-1 lead. Yikes.
As a Bruins fan, I took a page out of the Leafs fanbook and placed my first ever sportsbet for the Bruins to lose Game 7. That way, I at least made money and the sting doesn't hurt as much. You rewatch that Game 6 postgame presser with Jim Montgomery and tell me that is a head coach that has any control WTF was going on in that lockeroom. I'll let the professionals do the autopsy but I'm ready to say to Monty: take your Jack Adams and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Can't really call it a collapse just yet if the Panthers end up being in the Stanley Cup. We have to see what happens in the Leafs/Panthers series. The Panthers Goalie saved their behind in game 1. Don't know if he can do that for 3 more games against that talented Toronto squad. That wasn't a normal wild card team the Bruins played. The Panthers were last years Presidents Trophy. Panthers had a bad season and snuck into the playoffs but that is one talented team. No shame in losing to the Panthers as long as the Panthers are in the Cup. If the Panthers don't make the Cup we will revisit this topic and see if Bruins are chokers or not. I wouldn't consider an NHL team chokers if they lost to one of the best teams. I'm not even saying Panthers have to Win it all. They just have to get to the Cup to prove that the Bruins just lost to an underrated Panthers team.
