buyout of Hoffman pretty cheap
I think Hoffman is tradeable. At least more so than Armia is.
Would benefit the team more to trade and retain half of Armia's contract than it would be to buy him out, I just don't think he is tradeable.
Hoffman is not a big loss. Trade or buyout doesn't change anything. If he can get traded for a late round pick or c level prospect is better than nothing.
