To the head?. Yes. Did the refs catch it in less then a second? No. Should Nosek be fined based on characters and priors? Yes. A suspension? No. He has no priors and character of player speaks for itself over the years he’s been on the ice. I think you watching shit in slow motion all the time and trying your damndest to fit a players actions within each rule and sub rule when the refs can’t even do it in real time is fucking your ability to actually interpret what happens in the clips. The league deemed this AFTER review that it wasn’t even finable let alone a suspension worthy play. The milk from Stall after the contact is probably what caused the no repercussion.
