  1. Remember folks Noah Juulson WAS a first round pick so its no surprise he plays well in the AHL. I still have hope for his NHL career, and speaking of career I do hope they haven't written off Martin for Back Up to Demko but I guess its up to him. Arshdeep Bains is a find and I guess we can thank Jonathan Dahlen for not having the patience to learn the game at the AHL level and becoming Linus Karlsson who along with Bains were the real surprises for the Abbotsford season.

Not numb to it yet like Jeff….I still ache from the facepalm I did when the Canucks took the Average D man instead of the obvious pedigree of a Tkachuck….yes I ache to the core

  2. Another thing to think about with Virtanen draft. We saw a pretty good rookie season from the other guy they drafted in that first round, a centre btw, Jared McCann who was promptly traded for a dinosaur D man that flopped here and now he's a star in Seattle. What SHOULD have happened was that McCann and Virtanen should have learned to play together in a sense "grow up" together on this team and we might have written a different history altogether for the last 5 or 6 years. Both guys def have the talent they could have learned to make it work but as usual this team trades away all the prospects
