  1. We did not use the 6'9 properly. I agree. Fred is 6ft he does not help us at all. His defense dropped so much where is so liable now on the floor. His shooting dropped so much that there was no point in playing this idiot so many minutes.

    Let Fred walk

  2. Regarding the whole 6'8 thing, we actually were more of a 6'8 team the year before where we went like something like 26-15 to end the year, got a good seed and took Phili to 6 games including a game that I think went to at least 1 overtime where Embiid hit a 3 to win. That year we really seemed have "mojo" or the "it factor" or whatever you want to call it. We were "clicking".

I don't why everything seemed to go so well the end of the previous year, compared to the first half of this year.

We eventually added Poeltl, which I think was a good addition and is/was helping us.

It seems our entire season hinged on us hitting free throws against Chicago.

The weird thing is even after the season we had, I think if we just shot our season average at the free throw line against Chicago, we would've won and if we had won against Chicago, I think our team could've beaten Miami, and I wanted the Raptors to get that 8th seed, I think we could be in Miami's situation right now where they dethroned the #1 seed.

I think I get why Mike said Boucher is a national treasure 😛

  3. We had a lot of bench guys who had good defense, but no offence. That was a problem all year. Some guys are/were all offence, but streaky,, and if the offence wasn't there, they gave no defense. I totally get what Chris is saying about needing guys who aren't all one thing at the expense of the other. Bringing a guy off the bench who has no shot, when the starters are hurting for points, is as bad a recipe as a guy who gets you 12, but costs you 18.

  4. Chris Boucher's hustle is a great Canadian success story! Even his game analogies factor in the great Canadian winter! ❤😊

  5. Thad was an underrated part of the bench the season prior. Him receeding this year really hurt the team. We could have used Otto Porter too but he got injured
