The second goal is why we endlessly pass the puck around, sadly we simply can’t do it.

  1. That was beautiful but we aren’t built like that. What will it take for the Wild to comprehend it?

  2. About the first goal by Barkov…..It’s just frustrating seeing Seattle destroy Oettenger simply because anytime they had a shooting lane, they threw it on net. Barkov didn’t have a high % shot yet he took it and it went in.

The Wild try to make these 50ft passes across the ice that a good goalie can read whilst sleeping allowing him to get into perfect position to not only stop the puck, but to prevent a rebound.

Every time the Wild have a huge game like we did in game 3, it’s almost a guarantee they’ll try to get too fancy and make 25 bad passes trying to be cute the next game or two and try to do stuff like you see in the second goal.

In game 4, I think it was JoJo who had the puck all alone in front of the goalie and because he didn’t have the room to find a hole on Oettenger, he literally skated the puck towards the boards, lost it, and the Stars went down on a rush for a SOG.

He literally passed up a point blank shot just to turn the puck over. Shoot the damn puck and hopefully get a G-D rebound.

There’s a reason the front of the net is called “The Blender.” Get the puck into the blender and see what comes out of it.
