What’s the level of concern with Leafs heading to Florida down 0-2?

Jay Onrait was joined by TSN Leafs reporter Mark Masters, who offered some insight about the vibe inside the Maple Leafs locker room after Game 2, and what the concern level is heading to Florida down 0-2 in the series. Masters also shared the latest on rookie Matthew Knies, who left the game after 20 minutes with an undisclosed injury.

  1. They’re getting swept. Their first round victory was COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS

  2. That 2nd game was the most disapointing. This team has been out played almost every game in the playoffs. They do not have the killer instinct to actually win in the playoffs. They're too soft. I think Im done. Go Oilers!

  3. At this point I hope they get swept and I hope every F'n player, coach and manager all get traded and fired. This team sucks!

  4. Craig Button on the Knies incident that its playoff hockey is bullcrap. A penalty is a penalty and every one should be called so that skill wins games. Otherwise, just give everyone clubs and the last man standing wins.

  5. Its been the same problem for years. They need to move some of these forwards to free up the cap space and bring in some grit on the 4 lines and some solid stay at home defenceman. But why would management do that when it's a sold out stadium every night. Offense puts butts in seats, defence wins championships.

  6. Start Woll for game 3. Sammy is not used to this workload. He needs a rest.

  7. big concern is the fact they constantly give the puck away in their own zone..constantly you can't win setting your team up for abject failure.

  8. They made it past the first round whatever now they can get eliminated and it can go back to normal now

  9. Nylander has no drive, refuses to put his body on the line and yet still coughs up the puck numerous times. Have him rid the pine. Go 11 and 7 and start Woll, what the worse that could happen … we lose ?!?

  10. Hopefully they are 100% concerned, if not they might as well not play. Dubass needs to go, this high flying scoring machine cant stop anyone lol or score.

  11. Leafs are a much better club. Not worried. But Leafs have got to stop complaining about the Ref's. Winners don't do that.

  12. It’s not the team. It’s the Leaf Blowers who for 56 years (and counting) reward this garbage team with sold out games, $400 jerseys, $20 beers for putting a non winning team on the ice. Every year. The Leaf Blowers are the problem. They are the only thing that hasn’t changed since 1967. Leafs Blow. It’s science!!!!😂😂😂

  13. I am not worried, even a little bit. I have been patient since 1967 and here we are. I am confident that the Leaf's will perform to expectations and may patience will pay off. I have been patiently waiting for Brendan, Sheldon and Kyle to be fired after the Leaf's lose this series and hope that Matthews will be traded before his no-trade kicks in.

  14. Leaf fans need to just take what they can get. They got a series win for the first time in 20 years. What more do they want? NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Bunting flopped on that Bennett crosscheck. Yes, he was hit in neck area but that happens A LOT behind the play in the playoffs. Bunting looked up to see if refs
were looking and then put his head down in his hands, acting like he was in pain. As a defenseman, i used to do a little stick tap between the legs of the opposing player when the refs werent looking… then they would throw a punch and get called, lol. It is called gamesmanship. Hockey, like life, is not supposed to be "fair" (whatever that means); there are winners and losers, one team does whatever it takes to win and the other doesnt.

  16. Florida absolutely robbed the Leafs both games. Leafs just needa figure out bob. Thats the only thing stopping em rightnow. We are the better team by far
