  1. I feel bad for a lot of the teams that were eliminated. The utter disappointment on players’ faces. I mean, I feel less bad for the Rangers. 😏 But Bergeron, Ullmark, and Swayman after their season… I want the Leafs to win, but I kinda wanted to see the Bruins get it all.

  2. Steve saying Roope Hintz is French (when he is in fact Finnish) in hat picks should have made the cut. I know Northern American people don't care which European country is which but it's as big of a dangit as claiming that Steve is Colombian.

  3. I guess if Panthers go on and win the Cup, Bruins would feel a bit better? Or, well, go to the Finals.

And, well, let's not forget Florida is last year President's Trophy winner. They aren't bad. They just were not as great and somewhat unlucky during the regular season.

  4. Re the bruins’s collapse: Panthers aren’t looking so weak anymore, eh Steve? People need to wake up. As Steve said on another video, the playoffs start at 0-0. Anything can happen. The foursome playing golf now, Boston, Colorado, Tampa, and the Rangers, are a pretty good foursome.

  5. No pass for Tampa in 2019. CBJ took some time, but then they straight steamrolled Tampa after that sweeping them in the first round. That's still the biggest Dangit of the 2000's era playoffs. And Bob being apart of both of those first round exits proves he's still Number 1 cop!

  6. Is Jack Edwards tipsy or is it just me?
Anytime I hear play by play from he sounds out of it!

  7. Maybe the way to beat Sorokin is just to send the puck at him so slowly he doesn't even register that it's moving.

  8. Pavelski and Draisaitl: 4 goals of one player per game – Its A HatPick, but there is not enough for win – Its A DangIt!

  9. I cried in my Bergeron jersey when the Bruins lost. If anything, I just wanted him to get one more Cup. The man has been nothing but Class Act, they could rename the Selke Trophy the Bergeron Trophy at this point, and he took a team friendly 1 year deal to come back this year for this run with Krejci. It's going to be a rough next couple years as a Bruins fan, but at least we have the Red Sox killing it this week to soften the hit!

  10. i'm fairly sure i've seen a couple times where players get hit by a ref, but usually the ref takes the worst of it. that one was just kinda funny. i'm reasonably sure the ref thought he was going a different direction, and when contact is going to happen like that, the safest thing to do is just brace and take the hit. trying to jump out of the way can lead to more significant injuries in the event contact is still made, because now there are skates flying around.

  11. Just you wait, Stevie, till your Leafs boys run into the Panthers, you are gonna wish you faced the Bruins. 🙂

  12. Im surprised that the first goal of Game 7 Avalanche v. Kraken was not in here since it bounced off like three Aves players before going in.

  13. Tampa did not set the record for wins in 2019. They tied the record of the 95-96 Red Wings.

  14. Jack Edwards might be the worst commentator in all of hockey

  15. And Seattle could be like the blues. So bolts collapse in 2019, blues win to now Boston colosse and Maybe a Seattle win.

  16. Oh boy Boston that choke… Also how isn't Eberle hit on Cogliano (and refs not doing anything) here. Such a bad tackle. Absolute joke

  17. Should be a Dang-it on Draisaitl for scoring 4 goals in one game but also being on the ice for 4 goals against.

  18. Tampa doesn’t get a pass for 2019, they got swept after setting the record. Boston at least had chances to win it, Tampa straight up got dominated in the first round. Boston probably doesn’t do what Tampa did after 2019 because a lot of the guys who were part of this team are likely gone soon.

  19. Does Steve barely ever talk about the Rangers because the Rangers and the Leafs are the Black Mirror versions of each other? The two most valuable franchises in hockey that find ways to not win? The entire Rangers/Devils series was a Rangers dangit. Panarin playing like a liability, and Igor, just fuming the whole time while the team does nothing in front of him….

  20. Is this the biggest series choke in nhl history? I’m not sure if it surpasses Tampa’s. They only had 3 less wins than Boston but Boston didn’t dominate in the stats and awards like Tampa did. Tampa had the vezina winner, Norris winner, hart trophy winner, art Ross winner, Ted Lindsay winner, they had the top power play, top penalty kill, FOUR 40 goal scorers. As well as league leaders in points and assists, the list goes on. Boston at least made it to game 7 against a respectable opponent and didn’t play a blatantly bad game. Tampa had only ONE single period in a complete sweep. A PERIOD. After the first period in game 1 they collapsed in a fashion that rivaled the World Trade Center. Was it a respectable opponent? It was against a team that made it into the playoffs by winning a SHOOTOUT in the final game of the season and it was Columbus who hadn’t even won a series in their franchise’s existence.

I still think Tampa’s is worse. Not by much, but still worse

  21. 11:30 To my eyes, this isn't really a Dang-It except that it was the game winner. All the Leafs are doing the right thing. McCabe leads the push and it takes a pretty decent defensive stop by Gudas to get the puck to the Panthers. Brodie thinks he can make it to the puck first and immediately disengages when he realizes he can't. I like that play, too. Sammy comes out to challenge and just can't close up a hole. I like that, too. This is one of those, you didn't really do anything wrong and there's not much you could have done better, so dang-it.

  22. I wonder if their is gonna be a dang it next week with the 2 goals in a minute for Toronto lol
