What's next for avs is for them to get healthy and make some tough roster decisions.
Byram is like toews 2.0 but health is a concern which he should have a low cap hit. Probably 3 year contract. Don't wanna overspend if he keeps missing games due to injury.
Newhook has underperformed. He should be a cheap bridge contract also.
With that said I think avs should trade Girard and get rid of Francouz.
Landeskog health will also determine how avs go about the offseason. I feel he will be on LTIR.

And bottom six got better by sliding compher to 3rd and getting Miles Wood.
It’s just crazy how the lightning was able to compete for almost half a decade at such a high level. We’ve seen how the Avs have had trouble stringing two of the shorter off-season’s together.
