Excellent video John!
Justin Holl was terrible. First goal he was on for he went for a hit in the neutral zone and totally missed the guy putting himself into the boards. Second goal he turned the wrong way even the guy commentating the game pointed it out and the 3rd goal after stepping up at the red line on a guy clearly dumping in he decides to go for a stroll around the net with the tampa player who’s not even in the play.

I agree with Johnny 100 percent. Holl should not be playing this many minutes. He should not have been on this team by the trade deadline and should have been traded. I have no clue what Keefe sees in Holl where he will play him about 20 minutes or so a night. The more he plays the more mistakes he will make. You can’t have a guy like this playing for you in the biggest stage and in the brightest moments and in key situations. I’m tired of people in the past trying to defend this guy. He’s terrible and i hope he’s not here next year
You forgot one major factor in the analysis of 2nd goal, SPEED. Holl is caught flat-footed, if he curls out he the F bounces it outside and easily beats him on the edge and goes in alone. Holl only hope is to cut inside, take away the middle and limit the F to a low percentage play from the outside.
Tampa is a better team. They have 2 cups in 3 yrs. Leafs are not on the same level as Tampa. There is no shame in losing to Tampa. Leaf fans should be proud of their team. Maybe next year.
Sorry to say and I'm a Leafs fan but we are going to game 7. This team doesn't have it! They only decide to play hockey when they are down 3 goals. WHY? Why can't this team play like they are down 2 goals from start to finish! They have the talent but not the heart! They are going to crush us again! My hopes and prays that they finish this series in Tampa but if they lose, it's the Motreal series all over again!
If the Leafs want to win this series they HAVE to take Holl out of the lineup. Yes there are other issues they need to improve on but Holl is the most glaring.

Man… Holl has been awful besides on the PK. Play him as little as possible. Also Gio has been terrible, he looks really slow out there. And man… it’s alarming how at least once in every elimination game there is either a bone-headed mistake, or a really soft goal against

I feel for the Leaf fans. This takes me back to when Vancouver just could not get past Chicago. I remember the "here we go again" feeling when the Hawks forced Game 6 in 2011, and then the dread when they won in OT to take it to 7. I don't think I've ever been more nervous for a game, and that includes Game 7 of the Finals. So much at stake. From the outside looking in, it feels like a really similar situation with Toronto this year. If it goes 7 and the Leafs end up taking it at home, the relief and jubilation will be off the charts. I still go back and watch that Alex Burrows Game 7 OT goal to this day. As much as all of us outside Toronto cheer against the Leafs, it would be nice to see the fan base finally get to enjoy a moment like that after so many years of playoff failure.

Holl did blow his coverage by his positioning, but the goalie let a softie go through his legs and he had clear visibility too from Holls mistake.
