I hope this isn't true
That thumbnail scared me 😂
There was another tweet that said maybe they could trade Dadonov instead of a player like Smith if they traded for Eichel
You’re gonna drive yourself nuts speculating on this lego lol
Pettersson and Hughes hold out for camp then have bad seasons
Vegas has an old team, they made terrible mistakes signing too many forwards to long deals into mid 30s.
Trade him to Stockton so I can go watch him play.
I always get scared he's having a seizure when he says his name at the end.
If they got more for Sam Reinhart Jack Eichel would’ve been traded long ago but the GM of the sabres is trying to recoupe the assets he lost
A big resounding "NO" from the Sabre's
He still needs to have the surgery before he can even play…the Sabres are in an awful position to negotiate.
I don't know if Vegas should give up Krebs. I don't know if Buffalo should accept a trade if Krebs isn't part of it. For a healthy Eichel, yes. I just don't know if the risk involved makes this a smart move for Vegas. If Eichels surgery goes wrong or if he has lasting affects, losing Krebs and all that would be crippling. I'd personally keep Krebs and all those players.
God just keep the Rangers out of this. Nope, don’t want this glass man near my team. Dude could hardly play a full season prior to his neck problem. Vegas might be one of the only teams, along with Arizona, that actually needs Eichel. You can argue the center position has been the one thing preventing them from winning a Cup. Plus, I doubt Eichel’s drive to win and leadership capabilities. He hasn’t proven himself in those areas. And I don’t want another Tavares. If team is paying like $10 mil per, he better have the drive to win and great leadership abilities and be able to play 82 games most seasons. Instead of Eichel, who has only played more than 68 games twice in 6 seasons.
The last thing Vegas should do is trade Krebs they already traded Glass, Suzuki (which is looking like that backfired majorly), and Brannstrom
What about Vegas trading for Larkin with some of their stud C prospects if Eichel cost is too high?
Eichels value is still as high as its ever been. He has to show up for physicals or he's not getting paid this season. If he passes his physical he has nothing left to stand on he has to play or retire.
Krebs and Smith will not get Vegas Jack Eichel.
no trade
Krebs, brisson, kozark, chayka and a 1st for eichel
Eichel just isn't worth it. The media time or the asking price.
I'd prod Calgary about Sean Monahan, cheaper and most of all, HEALTHY!
Yea I would want VGK to not touch that trade and keep those players instead for me the pros aren’t so great compared to the risks.
A rumor I heard was that Vegas countered Buffalo's offer by asking them to retain some salary because of their cap space issue and Buffalo said no. I'd absolutely hate to see the misfit line broken up, but I also wonder if Buffalo might not be a bit more malleable now…
