Eddy, Savvy, and Allen. What do those guys have in common? They’ve all won he Cup. No one else on the current roster has. And in my opinion having Cup experience is a pretty important ingredient on a rebuilding team. Of those three, there’s a decent chance 1 or maybe even 2 are gone next year. That’s why I guy like Killorn would be a nice pick up.
Kilorn would be a added asset in maybe 2 years. We might eke out a playoff spot next year but I still prefer the Habs continue on the young build up and keep a couple veterans only, like a Monahan and Edmonston. All the other "veterans except Anderson should be on the trade block.
Neither Tampa Bay, Nor Chicago have ever had a dynasty! A dynasty is 3 Stanley Cups in 3 years, and only 3 teams have had a dynasty, Montreal, Toronto and New York Islanders!

Signing free agents to significant contracts now, especially ones in their late 20's or 30's, makes little to no sense.
They aren't signing any ufa's. Hugo already said many times they aren't signing vets, its a rebuild
Agree 100%, glad you mentioned at the end that it would make sense on a one year deal to flip at the deadline…other than that…at this age…nope.
