  1. Sanderson will win a Norris in the next five years! The way this team is trending I think it's very possible. A lot of it depends on the team success. A lot harder to win a Norris in the eastern conference. DJ Smith is the reason they didn't make the playoffs. He's a terrible coach, put together terrible rosters made terrible decisions all year long and does nothing but make excuses up and talk up the other team. A new coach would have this team easily in a top three spot
