    This works because he burns so many calories and since he’s only 26 but this is not only really rough on the body it’s also very hard to do

    Looks nice but pasta has gluten in it, gives too many people stomach problems, even if we're talking mild problems. For that reason, I prefer rice-based dishes. No ill effects.

    not to be a hater but this guy was talking about strugglin with the depression and all of that but he lives off of pizza and pasta like, living like that would give you a brain that is literally composed of flour , how can u expect that thing to function properly like that
