  1. draisaitl's stance while stick handling blows my mind. kinda (slow/dont look threatening) and still extremely dangerous for other team

  2. the stick taps on the bench for the kostin blocks was uplifting. what a team effort. 5-1 still sacrifices the body. leon also diving to clear the puck then mcdavid scored 5 hole. love to see it

  3. I live in cologne and last year i met him in a train. He was not travelling in the first class but like all the other people in a very full second class wagon. Not all people knew him but he talked to the ones who realized who he was in a very natural way without any starbehaviour. I believe that his normality is one of the reasons of his greatness

  4. I like Vince Desharnais but he looks to nervous in his own end even yesterday imo. Broberg looks more comfortable to my eyes so hopefully they give him more minutes going forward.

  5. 1- why does Woodcroft always look like heā€™s about to cry?
2- why is everyone pumping up Woodcroft? Ken Holland is the one that should be getting all the praise for building this team. A midget league coach would have success with these players.
3-Anytime he is asked about the challenges of playing a team, his usual response is discounting the team heā€™s asked about and trying to pump up his team like a 12 year old school girl. He must be starting to feel a little secure cause this is the first time I think Iā€™ve hears him admit that another team is a ā€œgoodā€ team

  6. Junior Todd has been with this team since 2015. He has grown with this team. Itā€™s been along time coming.

  7. This actually speaks a lot to me just how someone can face adversity but through it they learn how to adapt but also master their talents in a way where they were way better off than before. Very inspiring!

  8. Learn behaviour and or you as a person to give guys second chances was the best question Iā€™ve heard in a while. No where else but in the Oilers culture. Even the journalists are on board lolol. Such a great question Iā€™ve doubted jay before and Iā€™ve been wrong every time especially with playing Leon as much as he did last year with his injury in post and look at what he did. Love how heā€™s handled Yamo and Vinny no other coach would have done that but itā€™s not all about skill and numbers, passion grit and confidence is a playing factor and jay sees it all ā¤! Go oil !!!!
