As a 3rd pair pk guy he would be a fine depth move but the Habs are pushing for a 1st so that’s the end of the discussion for me.
The ducks will likely make the playoffs and manson has a modified ntc so I doubt he's a leaf. I'd like to see a guy like chiarot playing with muzzin and then perhaps sandin and holl on the 3rd pair. If the price is right why the heck not.

The thing about Chiarot is he's not a good fit to play with Muzzin at all..Muzzins weakness is being able to move the puck and chiarot doesn't help that at all.. he's also terrible imo..getting Chiarot makies the D a lot worse since yea he's physical but the leafs need someone to support Muzzin..and Chiarot is a terrible addition that the leafs don't need..they should go for someone that can play with Muzzin and help with his weaknesses on the ice.

Nice video as usual. The Leafs definitely need physicality on the back end, but I agree there are better options out there besides Chariot @ 3 million. He's not going to put them over the top.
I watch your videos thoroughly, I don’t call you out for anything I understand what you are doing BUT. Why not look at the standings and pick out some real physical rhd that aren’t I being brought up non stop and put forth potential trades? We re not going to pay for Chychrun, Manson or (chirot who upgrades nothing). Bring up some wild card trade opportunities and be creative and realistic. You’ve made it this far and your killing it but I’d like to see you to come up with some original ideas honestly. You got a better chance at doing what I just mentioned then following the rest of the streamers.

chiarots analytics are the worst its ever been. I know montreal has been bad but then we would have to get rid of one of our firsts or top D prospects. Im fine if we get him just not for a 1st id max give a 2nd

I agree to disagree. I agree that we could get someone better who is similar to Bogosian. It would make a huge difference in our top 4. Here is one thing you guys gotta understand. When he was in the playoffs, he was a tough player to avoid because he would hit you from every angle. He was so noticeable in every single game in the playoffs for the Habs. Everyone says they rather have someone else. Y’all can forget about Chychrun, Mayfield, Giordano, Klingberg, de Haan, Manson because these are players who are going to be way more expensive to acquire the Chiarot. What people don’t get is that if Dubas wants Chiarot then that’s his choice, we can’t force him to get this guy or that guy. I agree he’s not the best defencemen and he’s playing in a team where he is bad but if you put him in a hockey market where the pressure won’t be on him as much as it was In Montreal then I think it could be a good fit. You can pair him with Liljegren, or even Sandin. Which ever works you do and Chiarot is your best option
Think we all need a video from you, giving your 5 picks for a d-4 for Leafs to target. Toronto is on Manson's "no way" list, so he's out. I do agree Chiarot is not going to be worth the cost to get him. Chychrun is top choice for a lot of people, but price would be very steep. Anyway, you can't just say "let's get a better player" and just leave it at that.
They should trade,but not as a rental . Do I think it will happen ,absolutely not,it’s a do or die season for this team. Should this team not go a second round,this team will not be intact next year!
If you see these numbers I'm sure the Leafs management sees them as well and won't do this move. Not to mention the fact that the Leafs locker room would probably hate him for the hits he gave out last season.

Hey Andrew, would a Tyler Myers at half salary ($3 million per) for 3 years interest you? It would be interesting to see what that would take.. Holl +? Kerfoot is a BC boy, maybe that is an option…. Oh Myers 1/2 Salary) and Pearson to TO, Kerfoot and Holl to the Canucks… obvious other stuff involved, Leafs would have to add for sure, but it wouldn't be impossible to happen.
