I was there to witness this. Even though I was rooting for the Kraken I couldn't get behind this goal with all my heart. I felt too bad for Heiskanen. I hope that he returns, plays his best against my team, and that the best team wins.
Reminds me a bit of that classic World Junior goal he scored against Russia in 2008!

Was at the game,,,,he took the puck hard to the face…you can break a bone on your cheeks or knock out some teeth with a shot like that…the building was so loud when the first goal went in…there were 4 kraken goals in 4 shots…our snipers were firing…everyone on the kraken team can score with no real superstars….that’s a real hockey team that could go all the way! Watch out world! The kraken has been released!
