If Ryan Graves doesn’t score this goal against CBJ in the final second of regulation, the OT point they would have gained would have put them in Chicago’s spot and Bedard would be a Blue Jacket.

Honestly we all know why Chicago got this pick. It’s a big TV market that reaches a hell of a lot of eyeballs. They weren’t going to allow a talent like Beadard to be hidden away in Columbus.

I didn’t have a problem with Columbus until this year. Didn’t their beat writer make a comment about our fan base/attendance after we beat them?

….or…if stupid Chris Drury didn’t trade for Patrick Kane, taking him off their hands and relieving them of some of his goals & assists sprinkled here & there, affecting their place in the standings, thus lessening their draft odds, Bedard wouldn’t be a Blackhawk tonight. (or soon to be one)

That idiot just literally rebuilt an opposing team in just 8 short weeks. BWAHAHA!!!! Enjoy Lafreniere NYR fans! It’s gonna be a loooong summer!

Ha, I remember that game clear as day, too. That was during the time lots of people wanted some regulation wins because we kept having to win in OT.

That was certainly a way to win in regulation.

So Chicago made a deal with the Devil(s)?

Unless that game magically moved Columbus to Chicago, that pick was always going to the Blackhawks.
