Fair point. Bedard at Chicago is going to get mangled for 3/4 of the season, for probably the next 4 years. Then they’ll have a team around him. For his own sake, I hope his frame will withstand it. OR Bedard does as he did for the Regina Pats and makes a bad chicago a middling chicago and in 7 years he hits the market… oh, would you look at that. It’s 2030 and Gaudreau’s contract in Columbus is up.
