Well, the emotional roller coaster of game two was replaced by a one sided and rather quiet game three.

Well deserved win from vegas, oilers pulled a game 1 tonight
How about the chess match going on between Woodcroft and Cassidy? This has become a "we'll have to see how they respond" series.
Top 2 stars should of been the refs
Terrible defence and goaltending tonight, and mixed with an offence that got neutralized against a back up goalie. Without big multi goal efforts, they seem to be hooped. This one made me lose some hope for Edmonton being able to lift the cup.
I jinxed the leafs with 2 straight toonie bets to get them down 2-0.
Now I’ve also jinxed the oilers series betting the +6.5 goals the last two games.
Vegas loves rigging games for my toonies
Impressive effort by the Knights. EDM looked confused and never able to mount consistent pressure in the offensive zone. This has been a crazy series so far.
I said it in the 1st round and I'll say it again: Edmonton is relying far too heavily on their powerplay. Yes, it is lethal, but if you're getting outplayed 5v5 most of the time it isn't going to matter. They got away with it against LA, but Vegas is a whole other beast. If Vegas can stay out of the box, they're looking really good for this series.
Could you imagine endmonton losing to a backup two years in a row if vgk starters out 😂
This series is gonna go to 7, isn't it?
A reverse blowout win following a blowout win is now common.
Chicago win the lottery and Vegas a playoff game the same night… Yeah Gary we know you like big non-Canadian markets.
So it seems to me that the league has deemed edmontons power play too talented to actually give them power plays. So a system that punishes a team for being good. Officiating has been very off balance this year.
Knights in 7.Goodbye Edmonton 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Campbell hasn't been any better or worse than Skinner so far in playoffs so?
So nobody else noticed the match fixing in Vegas's favor?
Im confused.. did Connor Mcdavid play in this game? I think this is the first recap I've ever seen where his name isn't mentioned once?

Third game of the series and the Oilers were blown out first game at Rogers, not a great start at home. The ONLY Oilers Goal came 2:45 into the first period a depth goal by the 3rd line of Foegele (goal), Ryan (primary), McLeod (secondary). That line has been contributing for a long time now and it's nice to see them rewarded on the scoreboard BUT the rest of the game was a problem. I couldn't watch this one at all. I couldn't listen to it either. I'm going just from stats and a lot of those were actually pretty decent. We won more faceoffs, had double the amount of hits, killed every penalty (though we got zero on the PP which is odd for us), had fewer giveaways and more takeaways but we had 10 less blocked shots. Just these stats should say things should have been better BUT they weren't. Take care all.
I see the Gretzky rule is still in effect for McWhiner. No matter what he does there won't be a penalty called on him.
It's always funny when players for Canadian teams try to disrespect American fans and then immediately end up eating shit. When was the last time a Canadian team won the cup? Humble yourselves.
Such a different matchup from Oilers vs Kings where each team intensely reacting to the excellence of the other. This series each team a statement dominance vs the other.
You know it's a weird game when Draisaitl hits like 3 posts and McDavid is pretty much invisible for most of the game and the only Oiler that scores is Foegle. Just an absolutely terrible game by the Oilers as a whole. I don't care about the missed calls. You can't live off your powerplay. Vegas was clearly the better team in this one, and I say that as an Oilers fan.
