    It was rigged, they gave the Blackhawks the #1 overall pick for covering up their Kyle Beach sexual assault case for 10 years.

    The whole point of the lottery is to allow the league to decide where all the high draft picks go. Detroit has been jobbed every lottery for years. Chigao is a city being destroyed buy it residents and they get a player with talent that does not come along often. The record is all that matters. Lotteries absolutely blow.
