  1. 17, berggren and detroits 1st round pick next year but you wait until draft day to make the trade depending on what might be available at 17 that surprises you. have the basics in place for the trade to make a move if you dont like how the middle of the 1st round plays out. i think this is more than fair and detroit might be able to squeeze more value out of this

  2. Kyle connor is my #1 trade target, however, gotta imagine he's the main guy Winnipeg actual wants to keep and build around.
But you never know, Steve could make an offer too good to refuse

  3. We could look at Connor Hellebuyck as a possibility as well. He doesn't want to be part of a rebuild in Winnipeg.

  4. Picks 17, 43, a 2nd next year and Sebrango for Connor and a 4th next year

  5. He had a nice year last year too to go along with his scoring track record and he's right in his prime now. The +/- of -11 is a bit scary but there may be unseen factors involved in that number. If there's a real fire sale then he's certainly worth a long hard look at what he can bring to the Wings. What would the price tag be is the question? Good idea fellas! They're not going to give this guy away. I would want a first and a NHL player. A prospect isn't going to get it done IMO. I wouldn't like to give up Berggren or Casper or Rassmussen but they will want some REAL established value in return. A first, Rassmussen and somebody from Grand Rapids that they may be interrested in. Yeah, Zadina's value has been falling each year or I'd move him in a heartbeat but Brian is being realistic despite his man crush on the guy. That's very good to see. They may want more picks or even a second player too. That's the best I can do right now. I think waiting until after the draft at the end of June to see what Stevie really has in mind and what Calgary's most pressing needs are for the coming season. Scoty is very possibly on to something too in the market raising the stakes on Conner. He's a very good player that we'd trying to bring to Detroit. He will not be cheap and it may well depend on what kind of rebuild Calgary is thinking of doing. A quickie or a full on tare down and start over.

  6. It would take our 9th overall pick and two 2nd rounders plus a prospect I think, for the sake of it Johannson as I’d prefer to keep Wallinder. Connor would solve their lack of scoring instantly and doesn’t want to be part of rebuild which Winnipeg if they’re smart goes the Blackhawks route and sells hard to get draft capital

  7. While Kyle Connor would be a great addition, we need more tough skill after trading Bert. Plus a top line center. Maybe Kyle Connor is tough skill, haven’t seen him play much. But if he’s a soft skilled winger, shouldn’t be a priority.

  8. You guys alway talk about how GM’s love Ben Chiarot, how about Ben Chiarot for Kyle Connor straight up? Lol
