The puck just didn't go in for Marner.He stopped figure skating and was engaged .He made 4 hits before his goal and that rewarded him .

The Leafs played a very spirited game.I was wrong about my prediction vs the Lightning series.if they can play consistently like tonight,then we are going to see a great series.
Woll's two biggest strengths are his positioning and his rebound control. It helps calm the leafs down when they don't have to clear rebounds from in front every shift.
That's the first time I seen keefer use a time out at the right point in the game. All the other times he used them they were useless last 20sec of game timeouts
