Bedard, from Vancouver, is a Canucks fan, right? If memory serves, there was one NHL team the Canucks regularly met up with in the playoffs during young Connor's lifetime, developing a fairly intense rivalry. And I do believe said Canuck fans genuinely hated this other team.
