Yeah, I'd say that's accurate. If there was more assurance that the littler cheap shots like Aho's here would get called regularly, I think there'd also be fewer instances of severe reciprocity like this.
He deserves a suspension for that. He knew what he was doing. Using your stick as a weapon to the other guy's head is supposed to be suspension worthy in today's NHL. But the NHL is so ridiculously inconsistent that one may as well be throwing at a dartboard from 200 feet away.

Yeah that was dirty plain and simple, deserves every game he gets.
