Honestly, I don’t see how it’s an upgrade on GG. We need to matchup with the Canes and Devils. Which means we need more speed, and more aggression on the forecheck and backcheck. Babcock will have us playing passive and sitting back, the exact style that will get us killed against the Canes and Devils.

why bring in good coaches who know how to coach in 2023 and win in 2023 when you can just keep going through the carousel of failed and/or outdated coaches
i can count at least 7 options for HC where if NYR picked them, i’d be over the moon. when you’re even considering guys like Mike Babcock, you’re actively trying to make the wrong decisions. but what else should be expected i guess
