I’m good with being the underdog and flying under the radar. I’ll take that every day and twice on Sunday. Let those who aren’t in the know be shocked.

  2. Bonzooooo

I can almost understand it, Seattle had to beat the defending champs to get here and we had to beat some garbage ass team from Minnesota

  3. Rekrash95

No, we’re not the underdogs here. That was a public poll and it just goes to show that we have way more haters than the Kraken.

  4. shadowace93

Not sure where they got those numbers. But ESPN had us favored in both games. I think game 4 was -170, game 5 -220 ish

  5. mcreech10

Vegas has had us favored in every single game of the series including game 6

  6. This was the game after we got slapped 2-7 to be fair. League doesn’t know Miro has that dawg in him.

  7. CurtronWasTaken

They showed the the DraftKings thing during the game last night that showed the Kraken favored over the Stars.

The public are idiots, look at Vegas for true probabilities (not that they’re right EVERY time)

  9. I mean, anyone actually watching the series will know game 1 was going either way. Fantastic 3rd and OT.
But I think that game 1 combined with game 3 score is putting a lot of people expectations of the Kraken higher than it belongs.

This series is way closer than last, but last nights game was a good highlight of the Stars ability to be the better team – they’ve looked better at times but them at 90% put the Kraken down, Kraken played as well as we’ve seen I’d reckon. Barring the 4 goals after Heisks injury which caused the whole Stars team to go into a trance

No. People other than Stars fans are just rooting for Seattle.

Public Twitter poll, most people probably don’t even know the teams and just chose Kraken cause it sounds cooler.

Others have probably heard the TNT panel babble incessantly about Seattle’s depth, and probably don’t realize that when the judges are talking about your great personality, you probably aren’t winning the beauty pageant.

If it was after Game 3, I can understand the trend. We did not show very well.

I mean, that was also without Miro, so … yeah.

  13. CravenTaters

Next to the “Watch live” button from last game, TNT had the title, “Can the Kraken take a 3-2 series lead?”

Ugh no, no they cannot, sir.

If you want to know what smart people think look at Vegas odds

No, this is an example of the country of hockey, instead of just the state of hockey

I think game 4 was a big wet blanket on the hype. Miro was uncertain, JR was on the fritz. They forgot what happens when the Stars come home to the AAC.

Now why would you go and put that last pic in there. First in a long time I actually laughed out loud from something so ”stupid”. Love it
