  1. Thanks for another amazing Steve Dangle LFR year! You gave this viewer and I dare say Leaf Nation hope even when You were sad and down…..Thank You Sir!

Sadly this is my last year being all in on a team of millionaire twenty-something catastrophic under-achievers. Like most fans I am quite saddened by their 2nd round exit but not shocked. These "modern athletes" really don't care about the impact they have and have not made to the city of Toronto and it's outer reaching communities, the province of Ontario or Canada for that matter (my apologies, insert their personal charities here please) but do care about the level of their bank accounts.

The Gary "call me Bruce" Bettman & Ownership Group conspiracy theory has been completely prevalent in that "there's No Profit to be made with Canadian teams in the playoffs or finals"

I personally watched them play and win game 5 at Maple Leaf Gardens and being downtown with my Grandpa to see the Cup parade at 7 years old and saw what it did to lift so many spirits across our country.

Thank you once again for all your years of coverage, support, motivation and speaking what seemed to be on everyone's mind.(I enjoyed your book as well and hoped to get it signed one day, but alas)

All the best Steve & your crew…producer Drew, Adam, Jesse and all that I have miss.

    Cheers, Tim

  2. Damn. You can feel
The heart break through his voice. I can’t blame him
Though. He’s extremely passionate like us but damn the leafs do this all the time. It’s literally expected at this point. They’re soft they need some grit and toughness.

  3. Usually I can't accept the way Steve is hosting his show – too much screaming and voice raising but this one was really good.

  4. There is still a chance to get a bit of revenge. The Growlers (Leafs ECHL farm team) just made it to the Conference Finals and their opponent will likely be the Panthers farm team. Not NHL hockey bit still something for Leaf fans to cheer for…

  5. The leafs has a lot of talents and skills. BUT they lost by lack of AGRESSIVITY. I don't mean violence. Our Italian soccer coach taught us to aggressively go to take the ball back from them. Take shots at the goal like you REALLY mean it. Drive it to score. You don't play to play, you play to win. It worked and we got a medal, versing teams a lot more experienced than we were. You see lack of a hard desire to own that game, shows in "shots on goal" significantly higher with the Panthers and with the Leafs. "Opportunity to shoot" is a fallacy. Opportunities are CREATED. I am still very proud of Toronto. Throughout the season, they game me a lot of joy in watching darn good hockey! Long live the LEAFS!! You have the team. You got this. Go bring the cup to Toronto in 2024!

  6. Habs fan here…. its okay Steve. When the Leafs win the cup… ill make the trip to celebrate with you. Have faith… we have to have it here too. Almost made it a few years ago… not to be. But there's always next year. Love

  7. Thank you Steve for your games and commentary. Look forward to your fun coverage of Leafs in 2023-2024 season.

  8. As per que…
    And so many say…..
I enjoy watching the Leafs lose as much as I like watching my team win
And so tho I was disappointed in my team…
At least the Leafs keep making me feel good

  9. The best part of the loss… watching leafs fans die inside.

    Thanks Steve,
if your a hockey team win the game,
    The leafs almost did, almost.

  10. Great work man, you are an important part of hockey and we hope to see you again soon. Florida was in the same boat as Toronto, underperforming in playoffs year after year, one of them was bound for more success and there we saw it.

  11. At the end of the day, the Leafs could only score 2 goals a game in this series and that’s never going to be enough anymore unless your goalie plays .960.

  12. About a quarter of all gamblers contemplate suicide with many of them acting on these thoughts and too many succeeding. Thank you for advertising a gambling company! Great work!

  13. A 45 minute advert for a gambling website. How many under 18yo watch this? This is dangerous.

  14. How many young people will you influence toward disastrous life-destroying outcomes…. and all so you can birch about some hockey team

  15. P.K. is an awesome guy, on the ice and even better off.

I was upset when he retired. Hope he has great success in the future!

    He deserves it.
