Jamaal Lascelles need to be quite and play because the Bruce excuse is leaving town so there will be nothing to hide behind. Once he is gone the fans will be looking somewhere else to express their discontent. And when was the last time where Lascelles was consistently good?
Howe got Bournemouth to the PL on a non-existent budget from League 2, kept them in the PL well above their station for a few years, then half their shoestring squad got injured and they were relegated as a result. There were mitigating factors as to why Bournemouth were relegated. Miraculous they stayed in the league that long as it was with their budget.
He’s the same age as Lampard with x10000 more experience. There’s no question he’s destined for a bigger managerial job. Attacking mentality, builds cohesive teams. Could save them from relegation and be a long term option in one hit.

problem for bournmouth is the ground capacity. 12 thousand capacity so very little revenue. saints at one time with the dell only held 15 thousand. absolute miracle that bournmouth managed to stay in prem for 2 years so eddie howe comes out with big credit
