I hope some of the names he has available at 11 are there. I will leave this draft very happy.

Finally someone giving Willander the love he deserves at 8. I think he ends up best defenseman in the draft. Canucks Swedish scouting is obviously a strength, they know what they have in him, don’t be surprised if they take Willander even over ASP if theyre on the board at 11.

Joulevi trauma. I have to admit I didn’t watch any of ASPs games, but I’m weary about short-term tourney success catapulting people so many spots.

This draft is going to be crazy volatile.

Even seeing a few other fanbases projected top-10/wish-lists, I saw a lot of people “reaching” for players I have no interest in.

Frankie Corrado was really singing the praises of ASP.

So yeah.. hopefully ASP goes top-10, so someone else falls to Van. The best thing for Van is other teams going off the board.

I feel like we will see a team reach for Otto Stenberg. Lots of skill and talent there, wish the Canucks still had the extra 1st to try and scoop him up.

As I’ve read more and more articles about these prospects I’ve gone from hoping we can snag the 1st defenseman off the board to hoping like 3 go in the top 10 so we can get a really good forward that falls

I just hope we have Petey kind of luck when we draft again this year.

I’d rather take Willander than ASP but that’s me

Seems like small players are going to be overlooked in this draft. I know Canucks need to stay away from small players but if Benson and Moore are the on the board at 11, I might take them over players that fill a need in Wood/Leonard/ASP/Willander

I like any of the 6 players I just named though

  10. I don’t want an Adam Boqvist/Oliver Kylington/Nils Lundkvist/Victor Söderström/5 ft 11 Swedish defenceman/performed well in world juniors/but is just about “ok” at NHL level.

Craig’s lists always seem way out of whack with consensus, but I think he’s got a better average than most when you look back later on.

I love new lists that are different from everyone else’s. I like new perspectives even if I disagree….even me disagreeing is based of youtube highlights lol that being said Gulyaev will be the best player from this draft đŸ€Ș

Too bad we don’t have a 2nd rounder this year. Some good talent to be had early second round.
