I'm an Avs fan, but first and foremost I'm just a big hockey fan. Losing to Seattle in the first round was a bummer sure, but last years cup still feels good. Anyway, I paid very close attention to the Kraken this year and was very impressed by how good how fast they were and by how quickly the fans embraced them. I'm still disappointed with the DOPS for not doing anything about Eberle's hit on Cogliano, but other than that I've been excited for Seattle's season. Their fans now know how awesome playoff hockey is and they should be proud of their team and be ready for more next year. But……the clock finally struck midnight on your Cinderella season. Congrats Stars on winning that dogfight of a series and good luck against Vegas.

There is only so much Seattle's goalie can do. Dallas was pressing most of the night. Whenever that happens, it a matter of time the Offense scores. It's a game of numbers.

Dallas has a good combination of experience and youth, if they can put it all together in the next series, who knows? Vegas is a great team. My son was stationed in Las Vegas so he likes the Knights, and I like Dallas. Should be fun.
