It’s September 2022 and someone tells you that the Seattle Kraken will play 14 games in two rounds of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
I know we all feel bummed. But just a little perspective to help it go down easier.

This series really went back and forth game by game as to who looked like the better team that night. Unfortunately Dallas just played better tonight and we couldn’t get going, and it’s sad that it ended like this. I’m really glad they had a great last home showing in game six for the fans.
On the plus side, Gru played his ass off and I hope these playoffs have really built his confidence and it carries forward into next season. Also, the future is bright! Beniers and Kartye did so well and this team as a whole is just going to keep getting better.
I’m so proud of this group and everything they accomplished this year. They absolutely never quit. I’ll be sad to lose anyone in the off-season!

So fucking proud of this team!
They played an excellent excellent season and they played their hearts out! In the end, we got outplayed and that’s ok. Grubauer played with all he could, all the players did, and from a team that was like bottom of the rankings last year, this was a wonderful experience as a second year Kraken fan!
I have no words but I’m exceedingly happy compared to last season. Good job boys! Until next season👏

What an insane season we had. So much improvements from the previous year. I’m happy we made it this far and knocked out the Stanley cup champions from last year. We played in 2 different game 7 this year. What a season. I love this team! 🦑🦑

Dallas executed a defensive clinic tonight. Seattle only had 7 3rd period shots, but only 3 until the final minute of the game. Stars absolutely deserved the win.
That said, the kraken far exceeded any reasonable expectations they had coming into the season. They made a lot of new hockey fans in Seattle the last month. Can’t wait for guys like Shane Wright to join this roster.
GG Dallas and good luck against Vegas.
Defensive turnovers absolutely killed us. And of course, just did not get pucks on net to give ourselves more chances at sloppy goals. Hats off to Gru.
