Very honest and accurate assessment of the Stars and this next series. I agree with him. It's going to be a heck of a series with plenty of star power on both sides and two really great and loud buildings in T-1 Mobile and the ACC. Going to be absolutely electric and having the series open on a Friday night in Vegas is absolutely perfect. I think the Stars will be ready for the war and will bring it all to this opener. I'm from Dallas born and raised and a Stars fan for life but I absolutely love Vegas and have been there many, many times and it's going to be awesome. My favorite place to go away from home. I'm preparing for a back and forth 7 game war.
Ya, not gonna lie, this Stars team looks damn good. You can say they have the same tendencies as the Oilers but Oettinger is way better than Skinner and can carry this team in games where they need him to.
The Stars have way, way more depth than the Oilers. They have three scoring lines and the 4th line is no picnic either.
What out for Dadanov and Wyatt Johnston who have formed an unlikely bond, but are responsible for BOTH series winning goals!

This series is gonna be very interesting. Both teams have heavy defenses and good goaltending.
Great commentary. Should be an amazing series. Both teams are well balanced and play similar styles. Dallas has a tiny edge in offense and defense. If Otter decides to show up this series like he did against Mini, Dallas has a gigantic edge in goaltending. Should go 6 or 7. Dallas wins.
Beat their ass all 3 times this year. Will do it again. Plus one. Stars win in 6.
