  1. Well, again the Rangers listened to Mr Brooks and went for the best fit according to him. 😉
This guy knows his stuff and his analysis of the Rangers season so far is perfect. I see what he sees.

  2. Well said Larry. You're a soothsayer. I like Tarasenko better than Kane–Kaner has like 6 goals this year. Tarasenko needs a change of scenery.

  3. Getting Tarasenko was a big deal because I've been saying they don't score enough goals and needed another 30-35 goal scorer if they wanted to be a serious contender . They did that.

  4. Larry Brooks was the guy squawking about trading Chytil and wrote an article about starting Blais on the first line. 😄

  5. VT, if healthy, can provide a big boost but does not elevate NYR over Bruins, Carolina, NJD, or Leafs. No Tampa here, as I think their group is beginning to run out of gas. The true NYR opportunity is the continued improvement of the Kid Line. They'll go as far as the Kids take them

  6. Excellent move when you get two players one an All Star without giving up anything of consequence. That tells me they are absolutely not done yet. Hold on to your hat my friends more to come.

  7. After all the patience it took to develop and wait for Chytil to turn into the player he is and also Miller, there is NO WAY they will let them get away because of salary. NO WAY! It's not right.

  8. I’m in Philly and I have the rangers as my cup pick even before this . I wasn’t sure who would win a leafs rangers conference semifinal but leafs will need to respond this puts rangers over the top for sure. They have all the parts

  9. been a an for 50 seasons. love the nyr. this is another terrible trade. this team is not a serious contender with teresenko or not. giving up a #1 for 30 games is foolish. they cannot re-sign him unless they get smart and get rid of the overpaid gristle like kreider, panarin, and trouba. what will happen is they'll get bounced in the 1st or 2nd round. they will get nothing for the 1st they gave away and be in the same position next year. chityl and miller will be tough to keep; and we'll be back thinking that making the playoffs is good enough

  10. god I hate this guy. hes been crapping on the Rangers for decades and clearly favors the Devils and Islanders. Two months ago this clown was begging for NYR to trade Chytil – now he is complaining that the team is not really clicking. I cant wait for hime to retire. What he truly understands about transitional hockey can be written on the back of a dime

  11. "They play well defensively."
    WTF are you kidding me!?!?
OK Larry…you just omitted yourself and ANY statement/opinion you have/make from here on in! (and then you wonder why Igor isn't what he was last season!)

  12. I'm not looking at Tarasenko as a 35 goal man at this point. Those are high expectations. Kreider needs to step up and get his game going! It's typical Kreider, back to a 50 to 60 point man!

  13. Good luck with the guy who breaks like “Glass” lol 😂 Timo Meier will go from Shark 🦈 to a Devil 😈, GOOD LUCK RAGSSSS LMFAOOOO.

  14. also Larry: Rangers need to put panarin with Z and T and stick with it!!! — annnnnd the moment GG switches lines, Panarin scores 4 goals against the 2nd best team in the league. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
