Even as a Ranger fan I think we can all agree that Laf needs one more season to prove he can be that guy and the only way to do that is give him the Max opportunity by moving either Panarin or Krieder and give him top min and powerplay time

Slafkovsky needs time to adapt it’s the worse time to move him. He needs to play in the ahl for 3-4 months and works his butt off until he really deserves to play in the nhl. Too much pressure for what he’s capable of now. To get confidence you need to know what nhl is all about,you need to make mistakes and learn from that. The worst thing to do is to play trying to avoid mistakes and not play the way your supposed to play, that’s what happens when you’re not ready. More than that I don’t want to see fear in his eyes, I want him to hit, to use his body to get the puck, to make space for his teammates like a real power forward.
