Is Murray even remotely tradable? He’s making 8M next year (Ottawa is eating a part of it) and he just can’t stay healthy

Bratt is going to deservedly sign long term at 8m+ and the dumbest fans are going to be very upset for no reason.

Surprised by the Oiler’s list, where’s Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. That’s surely the guy you ship out, sell high on him after a career year and on a big contract.

He also produced nothing in the playoffs.

Damn what did Nick Robertson do to Leafs fans lol

Who are they trading Matt Murray to and for what? Gotta love armachair gm.

The Oilers looks about right. They gave a lot of their top guys movement clauses, so they don’t have too many options for easy-to-move players. They also are right up against the cap and have to sign 6 players to ice a team.

Yamamoto, Foegle, Ceci and Kulak are all paid enough to allow the team to sign at least 2 league minimum players if they are moved. Kind of have to expect one or more of them to be on the block for financial reasons alone.

  7. Sharangovich seems like an odd scapegoat here, isn’t he a solid middle six guy? Is he just the easiest to move?

How is Nylander even in the trade discussion? He is the only dude in that team that brings it every playoffs from what I’ve seen.

Who needs Shane Wright when you have Tye Kartye right?

Damn, Kraken fans already want to trade Wright? That was fast.

  11. Everyone dogging on the Leafs for looking to trade Murray instead of the real reach here: Campbell. Leafs can easily find someone to take Murray and his 4 mil for a year. Good luck getting anyone to take Campbell’s deal.
