I had this! From the world of hockey magazine! My older brother got it (stole it?) for me from somewhere but I have no idea where.
Hell I would think this was my copy but mine had a tiny tear in the bottom!

I remember getting this! It was announced that they would be on sale at the Pacific Coliseum so my Mom and I drove out from Richmond bought one. She was a tad disappointed that it only had pictures from Russia and none with the Canucks but we still kept it on our kitchen wall all year.
