How long can the team stay in an arena that is not up to NHL standards, with no other arena deal in place? Doesn’t the agreement with Mullet include provisions for a new arena? Isn’t that why the league OK’d it? Might be a breach of agreement or contract.
NHL has arena standards for a reason. Division opponents aren’t ok with Mullet. League won’t be. This is not actually good news. It means it’s over quicker than the 3 or 4 years. Need to find a new arena deal fast.

Wasn’t this already the plan, regardless of where the arena was approved?
Didn’t know them playing in Mullett as a temp options was contingent on the TED deal getting passed.
