  1. Unbearable having matt on these….. So disinterested to the point of disrespect to guests. Falling alseep and checking phone is so rude to audience and guest. This guest is great with an awesome testament the power of xfit community and lifestyle. Thanks for sharing.

  2. What an inspiration! On the other hand, Matt seems totally disinterested, is distracting and has little to offer. I would also recommend that he keep his phone out of the studio. But love the main Q&A!

  3. How do you get a 405 pound guy out of a car and into an ambulance? Not easily and most likely destroyed some poor guys back in the process

  4. So inspiring! I am on my own journey 1.5 years into crossfit and when you get to your worst you reach rock bottom but your crossfit community is there to pick you up and when you walk in overweight and out of shape no one in that box judges you they are just so excited for you because they know where you will get! They support you and suffer with you and share in your story and are as invested as you are in your success. I've lost about 60 lbs and I couldn't have done it without my crossfit community. Fit people always will find more fitness in crossfit but those who were lost and now are found, those "prodigal sons", crossfit is life changing anf lifesaving. Thank you Justin for sharing your story
