Carolina Hurricanes 2023 Playoff Hype

After losing Max Pacioretty and Andrei Svechnikov for the entire season and Teuvo Teravainen going down in round one, not a lot of people thought the 2 seeded Carolina Hurricanes had the fire power to go far in this years 2023 Stanley Cup playoffs. However the injuries haven’t seemed to have an impact on the relentless group as they have taken the playoffs by storm knocking out the Islanders in 6 games in Round 1, the Devils in 5 games in Round 2, and look to continue the trend as they face the red hot “cinderella” 8 seeded Florida Panthers. Is it the canes year?

  1. I absolutely love it. All I kept seeing coverage on was the devils this and that. Fuck that, do they not understand the canes boutta take the cup?

  2. It seems like national broadcasters forget that our franchise has existed since 72 and in the nhl since 79. the team name is only 25 years old but the franchise has existed for 51 years. The Kraken, the Knights, the Panthers, the Lightning all get more respect as real nhl teams and we are older. I don't get it but i can only guess its something about the state. North Carolina will never be seen as a hockey area but the fact that youth hockey has grown by about 2000 percent in 25 years says otherwise. Go canes

  3. The Canes have been good all year. They came in 1st in the Metro and 2nd overall behind Boston. With Boston gone, they have home ice for the rest of the playoffs. Looking ahead to the Florida Panthers, Canes are 4 -1 in regular season play against the Panthers including 1 shut out game for the Canes. The one win by the Panthers was a shut out. This playoff matchup should be interesting, but I'm going with the Canes.

  4. I thought Carolina was going to be a powerhouse after their fantastic off-season. They have great fans, and I hope they win the Cup.

  5. Damn, the panthers seeing everything. From Mass-asses to delusional Canadians now to rednecks.

  6. Why did anybody have the devils winning? If they could BARELY beat New York, why would they stand a chance against Carolina?

  7. This video makes me so happy thanks. If anybody had any sense they had Carolina vs Boston in the ECF for a long time before the playoffs even started. Carolina outperformed themselves in the regular season last year and didn't make the ECF. Carolina is sending the same message to the fagg hockey world that "You better respect us" oh and "fck your ratings" That Florida is sending. In a way we are an alliance about to do battle. Don't get me wrong Florida has been a rival for us for years even though this will be our first playoff clash. It's funny cause we both made the post season four years in a row and the first time we meet in those 4 years is on the second biggest stage.

  8. Biz needs to stop meat riding the stigma about carolina. ALSO whats the song you used in this? It sounds amazing
