As a Devils fan, I'm thrilled that we now have Timo Meier and pleasantly surprised that it didn't take Dawson Mercer or Simon Nemec to get it done.
I'm sorry to see Fabian Zetterlund go but when Timo Meier is the crown jewel then you have to get it done. Here's hoping he'll be a fixture with the Devils for years to come.
