  1. TBH… Rod had the lowest plus/minus in the league (-29) at the time he lost the C for the Hurricanes. Yes, Paul Maurice was toxic AF by then and nobody wants him back in Carolina. Good riddance to Rutherford as well.

  2. Great to hear Ward talk openly about the Canes problems back in 09-10. So glad we got new ownership and a coach that anyone would run through a wall for. Going to be a great series against Florida!

  3. I still vividly remember Aaron Ward purposely stop skating in 09-10 multiple times. I guess it helps knowing why but for a guy who said there's a right way and wrong way to do things as many times as he just did he sure picked the wrong way to respond to a bad situation himself.
