Hudson Fasching either had the puck bounce off his shin pad and into the net, or he propelled the puck into the net with his leg. The answer depends on who you ask.
Agree fully. It better be damn obvious that the officials got it wrong before you overturn the on-ice decision. This just further erodes trust in the on-ice crew.
They don't want people "kicking" the puck because of the danger of skate blades . He turned his leg more than kicked it out. That's why I think it was overturned, and I think it is obvious enough that it wasn't a kick. I've never kicked anything like that in my life. This is more of "kneeing" the puck into the net.
