I like the fight, but you don't know how to make a good edition, the best blows and movements you took away or cut, that takes away the emotion and the art of the agility of each fighter, just for that you dishonor them.
Though Yoel looked great in this fight, i think he's a better fit at LHW. He's certainly has a reach disadvantage, but it's not massive, and because he's got a good chin and has developed pretty damn good striking, he can use his speed and explosiveness advantage to get in close and deal alot of damage and then pop out of range. And then add that to his phenomenal grappling/wrestling skills that were already top tier with him coming from a wrestling background prior to mma, he could definitely be a dangerous fighter at that weight class in Bellator imo. He's no spring chicken anymore though, but a fight between him and Cory Anderson would be pretty damn interesting.
Crazy thing is that Weidman was winning in all areas strikes, takedowns & control… until he went for a forced sloppy takedown mid/late in the 3rd round.(judges had him up 2 rounds to 0 at that point).
