You mentioned Marchment having an NMC but it goes down to a 10 team no trade list July 1. Obviously we'd be trying to make the trade prior to the draft in which case the full NMC would be active. I could see SJ not being on his no trade list despite the team being bad because of the connection with his dad and the Sharks but it depends how much he wants to win.
