Audio balancing seemed off today. I had to turn up the volume when Meghan would talk and turn it down when Rudo was talking.
Even though he didn't show up on the stat sheet, Toews did an exceptional job covering McDavid today. He looked borderline invisible when Toews was covering him.
Wouldve been the best OT TIE of the season…instead we get the gravy,& cherry on top….& best 2 points of the season. I thought it was over also…3 different times. But considering the circumstances-I dont care bout any of the mistakes today.
Of course Edmonton,& Campbell helped. Edmonton has had a terrible time holding leads lately…blew 3 goal lead to NYR in their last game,& have somehow now lost 8 straight in OT/shootout. But they are a West champ contender also,& hockey is a game of mistakes…probably more than any other sport.
Oh…& hello WPG…& Dallas we see you also. 2nd straight "scheduled loss" win in a week,after at Minnesota. Have to do it 1 more time with a monster game in WPG,then I think another big,& emotional game the next night. Pretty sure thats the Kadri comes back game.
