The Mavs have to resign Kyrie then release players with big cš ntracts like Bertans and THJ and give that money to Jalen Brown from Boston to have 3 headed monster.
WE NEED RUI! That man's consistency needs to be brought to light. Also imagine the clean dishes to him from Luka. Rui stretches the defense because of the shooting ability and Luka can create an opening for whoever he needs to get the ball too. We need more consistent scoring. Ayton will not give us that. He can't stay healthy.

We must get a team together if you sign Kyrie, be Miami, get some good tough players. More important to get players who just love to play, Ayton not sold on him. Some more three point shooters, and tough bigs. Then leave them alone and let the coaches coach.

I think Ayton's "value" is close to zero in a sense- hear me out.
I think the value of an asset is equal to what he generates ABOVE MARKET VALUE FOR HIS CONTRACT combined with the opportunity cost of the asset in question. Luka at whatever his "true" value is isn't worth a roleplayer at their "true" value because you can find roleplayers, but you can't find Lukas.
Ayton's contract is probably punching a bit higher than his actual production, so his entire worth is based on how easily you can find someone like him. And it's not easy, but it's not nearly impossible.
Throwing in the 10th overall pick is absurd to me, because I think a roll of the dice on basically anyone tall and young is roughly where Ayton's value is; the pick is the opportunity cost and the value of an unknown is bearish. So if it's going to be involved, it roughly needs to be a deal for the 10th pick and offloading a bunch of bad but more mobile or expiring contracts.
Dallas gets a distressed asset with potential and massive risk, Phoenix gets the 10th best pick in the draft and a bunch of contracts that are net negatives but more liquid- which they'd immediately need to move (so the multi-team deal makes sense, but if there are multiple teams, is Ayton Dallas's best target for the 10th pick?)
I don't think Phoenix does this, because it's a rebuilding move and they're not there. It's really hard for teams in Dallas's and Phoenix's positions to break bread in trades like this.
THJ, Mcgee, Geen and 10pick is too much for Deandre Ayron. For this deal, Suns should give pick to Mavs. Bertans, THJ and 10 for Deandre Ayton should go.

I highly doubt the plan is to give Kyrie a max contract and get ayton cause then youāre just killing your depth and there is no actual championship run. If the mavs want ayton Kyrie will needed to be traded. Personally Iād rather try Ayton with Luka than run it back with Kyrie but I can also see the mavs not wanting to give up Kyrie now thah they have him.
I would sign Kyrie and go out and get some Defensive Players and Draft Some 3 point shooters to surround Luka Doncic with if you think about it we basically Screwed ourselves when we traded away our Best Defenders so Go get help and sign Kyrie and of course go draft 3 point shooters

I think itās important to always remember that Kyrie Irving is BAD at relationships (i.e., Lebron, KD, coaches, fans). Donāt rely on any relationship to trump his narcissism.

if u can maneuver some money around and kyrie signs for less than max for the possibility of bringing in a stud two way wing u do it. if i were the front office i would work on a wing and a big. jarrett allen is better than deandre ayton. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander wants to play for a contender. Jaylen Brown might be available. Khris Middleton is a free agent. Milwaukee needs to get younger and Jrue Holiday might want to play with his brother so maybe both of those players are available if Dallas wants to win now. Bradley Beal would be a great third option. If we want a center like Deandre Ayton it would cost us a 10th pick and a Josh Green which means we wouldn't be able to have capitol to get a wing. Jarrett Allen is obtainable without the 10th pick. which means u can get a Bradley Beal w the 10th, Josh Green, and Bertans. I would rather have Jaylen Brown if the Celtics go for it. If they do, we could give THJ and Powell and or Kleber for Jarrett Allen. If the stars aligned this would be the Dallas Mavericks starting lineup.

Oh boy, watching the playoffs it is all about defense and how many scoring options team has. A team with a superstar (Luka) and four gritty defenders who are also scoring 15-20 pts a night, thatās the way to go. These four are new additions to start fresh and rebuild around. Keep Maxi, Hardy, Reggie, and Josh for bench strength and continuity.
And let Kyrie go. I am a huge fan but thatās a mortgage for years that could break the franchise and two months was long enough to realize it would not work well.
