    I'm a Heat fan. When I saw Grant talking at Jimmy, I knew the Celtics were in trouble. I immediately said, "Oh they messed up, they fired Jimmy up now"

    The Celtics as a team need to think of a plan so that Miami has to react to the Celtics surprise strategy, rather than Celtics constantly being behind the strategy curve and reacting to the Heat.

    The Heat are a perfect 17-0 when up 2-0 in a 7-game series, so why not make history by being the ONLY team that can overcome that 17-0 record and make them 17-1 ?? Bring in Big Papi for a pep talk. The Red Sox overcame a 0-3 deficit and made history.

    At 17:53 Tatum is covering NOBODY. Tatum easily could have stepped in to help Grant. At least FAKE like you are going to help Grant to keep Butler guessing. Don't make it so obvious that you aren't going to help.

    Actually, it seems like the Celtics were trying a zone at 18:26 and it's Tatum's job to be in the center. The Celtics were gassed, so probably the zone was trying to conserve energy. When the situation calls for it, Coach can call time outs as a double benefit of calling plays and also giving stars rest without taking them off the court. Also, figure out ways to get more Celtic bench weapons onto the floor to keep everybody fresh. Obviously, the Heat will counter by asking Jimmy Butler to specifically target that new bench player to try to influence the Celtics to remove that bench player from the rotation. Know that the Heat will do that, and add some help behind that new bench player in the rotation on defense. Sometime help, sometimes fake help.
